Good morning. This one’s for anyone who’s been feeling a bit stiff lately. If you’ve been clickety-clacking through the house as your joints warm up for the day, or very much feeling your neck and your knees, then I have tips.

There are many reasons why we experience discomfort in our joints, and it’s not limited to getting older or arthritic diagnoses. It could be the season. It could be a lack of movement. And it could be because you’re skipping some crucial nutrients that support flexibility.

I’m going to go over the foods worth keeping in regular rotation if you want to feel limber and not like a box of loose parts. I’ve focused on food today, may do a supplements specific letter in the future. Let’s begin.
