As a savory breakfast person, I Iove this idea. I tried it recently, and it was exactly what I wanted and needed after eating ridiculous things like cake for breakfast over Christmas. I sometimes make a miso and seaweed porridge topped with a soft- boiled egg which also works for me. Thank you for validating the slightly weird breakfast.
Just found you Kat. I'm struggling with a tricky menopause and have fallen off the health wagon but am enjoying your newsletters very inspiring and interesting

That sounds delicious
Weird is often best (also applicable to many things beyond breakfast soup!)
